BOOKING + RETAINER
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all appointments.
This confirms your commitment and is applied toward your total.
Retainers may be transferred once with a minimum of 48 hours notice.

CANCELLATIONS + RESCHEDULING
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to make any changes.
Late cancellations or reschedules will result in forfeiture of your retainer.
Same-day changes are considered a no-show.

NO-SHOW POLICY
Failure to arrive without notice results in:
• Loss of retainer
• Full payment required to rebook
Repeated no-shows will result in refusal of future bookings.

LATE ARRIVALS
Arrive on time.
Clients more than 15 minutes late will be rescheduled and will forfeit their retainer.
Appointment time will not be extended.

RESULTS + EXPECTATIONS
All services are performed with precision and intention.
Results vary based on skin type, hair, lifestyle, previous work, and aftercare.
Longevity, symmetry, color retention, and final healed results are not guaranteed.

PERMANENT MAKEUP + SMP
These are multi-session cosmetic procedures.
Fading, uneven retention, and color shifts are a normal part of the healing process.
Touch-ups are not included unless stated otherwise.

BROW, LASH + SKIN SERVICES
These are maintenance-based treatments.
Results are temporary and vary depending on hair texture, skin condition, and aftercare.
Consistent upkeep is required for longevity.

TOUCH-UPS + MAINTENANCE
Appointments must be scheduled within the recommended timeframe.
Additional work needed due to skin behavior, lifestyle, or improper aftercare will be charged accordingly.

REFUNDS + CORRECTIONS
All services are final.
No refunds will be issued for services, retainers, or prepaid treatments.
Corrections are not complimentary and will be treated as new services.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Full disclosure is required prior to booking.
Clients must inform the provider of all medical conditions, medications, allergies, and previous procedures.
Failure to disclose releases the provider from all liability.
Services may be refused if deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE
This is a focused, private appointment.
No extra guests or children unless pre-approved.
Phones must be silenced.
Movement or distractions that affect results are the client’s responsibility.

SANITATION + SAFETY
Strict sanitation and safety protocols are followed at all times.
All tools are sterile, single-use, or properly disinfected in compliance with state regulations.
