STUDIO POLICIES

​These policies apply to all services including:

​

Permanent Makeup, Scalp Micropigmentation, Brow Lamination, Brow Stain, Lash Lift, Lash Tint, Facials, and Advanced Facial Treatments.

 

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following. 

 

BOOKING AND DEPOSIT POLICY

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are applied toward the total service cost and confirm your booking. Deposits may be transferred one time only with proper notice. 

 

 

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE POLICY

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours notice will result in loss of deposit. Same-day cancellations are considered no-shows.

NO-SHOW POLICY

Failure to arrive for your appointment without notice will result in:

• Loss of deposit

• Full payment required to rebook 

• Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future services.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will forfeit the deposit.

Appointment times will not be extended due to late arrival.

SERVICE RESULTS DISCLAIMER

All services involve variables outside the artist or provider’s control. Results may vary based on:

• Skin type and condition

• Hair type and growth cycle

• Lifestyle and home care

• Healing response

• No guarantees are made regarding longevity, symmetry, color retention, lift, curl, stain depth, or treatment outcomes.

PERMANENT MAKEUP AND SMP DISCLOSURE

PMU and SMP are elective cosmetic procedures and require proper healing and maintenance. Multiple sessions may be required for desired results. Fading, color shifts, or uneven retention are normal and not considered errors. Touch-ups are not included unless stated otherwise.

BROW, LASH, AND FACIAL SERVICE DISCLOSURE

Brow lamination, stains, lash lifts, tints, facials, and treatments are temporary services. Results vary by hair texture, skin condition, aftercare, and adherence to pre and post instructions. Longevity is not guaranteed. 

 

 

TOUCH-UP AND MAINTENANCE POLICY

Touch-ups and maintenance appointments are not guaranteed and must be scheduled within the recommended time frame. Additional services needed due to poor aftercare, skin behavior, or lifestyle factors will be charged accordingly. 

 

 

REFUND AND REDO POLICY

All services are final sale. No refunds are issued for completed services, deposits, or prepaid packages. Redos are not provided for changes of mind, dissatisfaction due to personal preference, or unrealistic expectations. Corrections, if approved, are treated as new services and priced accordingly.

ELIGIBILITY AND CONTRAINDICATION POLICY

Clients must disclose all medical conditions, medications, allergies, and previous cosmetic procedures prior to booking. The provider reserves the right to refuse service if it is deemed unsafe, unsuitable, or contraindicated. Pregnancy, nursing, active skin conditions, recent cosmetic procedures, or certain medical treatments may disqualify you from service. Failure to disclose information is the client’s responsibility.

CHILDREN, GUESTS, AND PHONE POLICY

No children or additional guests are permitted unless pre-approved. Phones must be silenced during services. Excessive movement or distractions that affect results are the client’s responsibility.

SANITATION AND SAFETY

We follow strict sanitation and safety protocols in compliance with state regulations.

All tools are sterile, single-use, or properly disinfected.

AGREEMENT

By booking an appointment, you confirm that:

• You have read and agreed to all studio policies

• You understand the nature and limitations of the service

• You accept responsibility for your decision and results
