BY BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS

  • Non-refundable booking fee  is required upon booking appointment and will go toward service booked.

  • Prices are non-negotiable and are subject to change without notice. 

  • Availability of services are subject to change without notice. 

  • We reserve the right to deny our services to anyone.

  • Please read for contradictions before you book your appointment. If you neglect to do so and show up with any condition that makes you an unsuitable client we have the right to refuse service. If you are unsure, feel free to reach out to us via email or text prior to booking.

  • Photographs and or Videos will be taken before and after, and may be posted on our social media platforms such as Yelp, Google, Instagram, Facebook,  and Website for any and or all marketing/advertising purposes.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

 

PLEASE NOTE

 

  • For some, may require additional Touch-up sessions to achieve desired result.

PAYMENT

 

  • All payments are due the day of procedure. We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards. 

  • We do not accept checks.

  • Price is in U.S currency.

REFUND

Due to the nature of the procedure, we can not guarantee result. Everyone's result will differ from others. We cannot predict how your skin will heal, if it will retain pigments, allergies or reactions to products use. We will do our best in answering all your questions and won't start the procedure until you agree with the design of your eyebrows, or lip, henna brows, or brow lamination and that you fully understand the process and what to expect. Therefore, Ace Beauty Ink offers no guarantee for healed result.  

 

All transactions are final and no refunds will be issued. 

 

CORRECTIVE OR EXISTING BROW WORK FROM ANOTHER ARTIST

Prior to booking your new appointment, please send us clear photos of your existing brow tattoo via email (acebeautyink@gmail.com), so that we can assess and determine if we can take you on as a client. 

 

Not informing your technician can result in a loss of booking fee or a rescheduling fee.

 

We cannot guarantee results for corrective or cover-up work. If previous works is too dark, discolored or misshaped, tattoo removal is strongly recommended before booking any service with us. Corrective work will mostly require multiple sessions and service will be charge accordingly.

 

MOBILE PHONE

We request that all mobile phones be switched off  OR set on silence in the treatment areas as a consideration to other clients. 

 

GUEST

Please do not bring children(s) or guests with you to your appointment as it will create a distraction to your artist, as well as others that are receiving | providing  services.

 

TARDY & NO SHOW

Everyone's time is valuable, so if you are more than 15 minutes late you'll be considered as a NO SHOW for your appointment and your non-refundable booking fee will be forfeit.  No Exceptions. Please understand that our artists are very busy. We have set aside time for your appointment and without proper notice we will not be able to find a replacement for your appointment time.  A new deposit is required to book again.

 

Please take account for traffic and/or road closures, so please arrive on time. 

 

RESCHEDULING

Sometimes, life happens, unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to postpone or reschedule your appointment. Please do understand that such changes will affect not only your technician, but other clients as well. Clients may reschedule once with a 3 day advance notice.
